The Manor at Wayside is an active, pet friendly community located in the heart of prestigious Ocean Township and centrally located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Our park-like setting and unique single-family homes, promote a close knit, friendly environment. Our community includes five different models of homes; one ranch model and four townhouse models, offering choices ranging from 1458 to 1989 square feet of living space with 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a two-car garage.
